PRIORITY FIELD OF ACTION

Nuova Control Systems_Sanodyna has sought to complement its service quality—measured in terms of meeting scheduled objectives and the quality of internal resources—with the quality of its organization and business management through Quality Certification according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The Management of Nuova Control Systems_Sanodyna, represented by Mr. Daniele Monti, ensures the control and effectiveness of the Quality Management System through the Quality Manager, Dr. Tatiana Mancuso, via periodic Management Meetings and Internal Audits.

In this regard, Quality Certification according to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard represents both a goal to be achieved for Nuova Control Systems_Sanodyna and, at the same time, a necessary starting point for managing, monitoring, and controlling individual processes in relation to the needs of the client and customer, as well as a process of continuous improvement.

The quality policy of Nuova Control Systems_Sanodyna is essentially based on three assumptions:

ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE

(economic competitiveness; quality of service; attention to collaborators and the customer)

  • To be a competitive, efficient company capable of adhering to the needs of its collaborators, the community, and the customer, and able to structurally reconcile the ethical and economic dimensions within the professional individual.
  • Profit not as the end goal of the enterprise, but as a tool to ensure the efficient satisfaction of the needs of its collaborators and customers, both in terms of quality and time.
  • To be a company capable of ensuring “added value” for the customer in the execution of the assigned project.

PARTICIPATION

(active involvement of collaborators; customer loyalty)

INTERNAL:

  • To pursue participation in work planning by collaborators as a strong motivation for involvement in the company’s projects and programs, ensuring dedication, flexibility, and economic success; to enable active involvement of collaborators to ensure maximum efficiency in pursuing the common goal;
  • To systematically pursue internal awareness activities aimed especially at new resources joining Nuova Control Systems_Sanodyna.

EXTERNAL:

  • Through customer loyalty, to contribute to solutions that are as participatory and engaging as possible.
  • To fulfill its corporate mission within the scope of technical services and the realization of the projects in which it is involved.
  • To act as a partner for professionals, economic operators, institutions, and entities that characterize the productive fabric, aiming for the satisfaction of their expectations regarding their respective specific activities.

WORK

(guarantees of employment stability; positive work climate; incentives for professional growth)

IN A GENERAL CONTEXT OF FLEXIBILITY:

  • To elevate the dignity of collaborators’ work and promote its quality.
  • To aim for the development and stabilization of employment within the company.
  • To apply clear rules and ensure their compliance in the organization and distribution of work.
  • To value the intellectual and professional qualities of individuals, so that the company’s egalitarian structure allows collaborators to be appreciated for the talents they share and enables leadership to emerge without constraints imposed by the size of the capital contributed.

For the Quality Policy to be correctly implemented and understood, the Management of Nuova Control Systems_Sanodyna considers it essential to:

  • inform personnel about the adopted Policy and the results achieved;
  • encourage involvement and a sense of belonging among personnel;
  • ensure personnel understand the importance of collecting and considering information (complaints, expectations, opinions, directives, etc.) from the parties involved in the process (customers, suppliers, collaborators, control and regulatory bodies, etc.) and accounting for it.

Management considers it equally important to make its personnel, collaborators, and suppliers understand that the QMS is not a tool for preservation or constraint of the way of working but, on the contrary, presupposes and encourages continuous improvement.

In this sense, the critical evaluation of non-conformities, observations, and suggestions is a tool for continuous improvement of both the overall quality of the system and individual professional skills and conditions.

The objectives through which the Management of Nuova Control Systems_Sanodyna believes it can pursue the corporate mission are summarized in the following points:

  • to develop an increasingly efficient and effective organization through the clarification of roles and responsibilities, the development of growing synergies between various functions, and the guarantee of full respect for the personal and professional identity of its human resources;
  • to adopt a broad vision of the concept of customer satisfaction;
  • to treat the development of human capital as a primary and essential aspect of human resources management, through the management of work times, methods, and skill development paths;
  • to guarantee transparency and certainty in the flow of information, allowing everyone to be aware of how their activities contribute to the achievement of objectives;
  • to guarantee the design and management of orders within the required times and methods, achieving the results necessary for the customer, including through their involvement in all phases of the process;
  • to guarantee full respect for the identity of every customer through the protection of security and confidentiality and the prevention of any form of discrimination;
  • to carry out constant monitoring of performance and results, as well as customer satisfaction, measuring the achievement of objectives through defined indicators in order to guarantee continuous improvement.

Quantitative improvement objectives that Nuova Control Systems_Sanodyna intends to achieve through the implementation of the Quality Management System are:

INCREASE IN TURNOVER (% compared to the previous year’s total)

acceptability threshold > 5% compared to total turnover

improvement target > 20% compared to total turnover

NUOVA CONTROL SYSTEMS_SANODYNA is committed to:

  • periodically evaluating the adequacy of this policy and the level of implementation of the related objectives, systematically verifying their effectiveness;
  • planning actions aimed at improving services and processes;
  • providing the resources necessary for the pursuit of policies and objectives.
