Nuova Control Systems S.r.l.

Nuova Control Systems S.r.l. was founded in 1998 with the contribution of highly qualified technicians and partners of proven and long experience, to concretize new ideas and projects capable of satisfying the many demands coming from the textile, chemical, pharmaceutical, mechanical, and food industrial sectors, increasing the package of services offered.

NCS aims to follow the customer from the preliminary stages in the establishment of technological, production facilities and strategies to be followed for theoptimization of energy consumption and achievement of the best quality/price ratio of production, constituting in-house the necessary departments to be able to directly manage the design of the facilities, customized Software and Hardware, mechanical, pneumatic, electronic and production works with a prompt and specialized service;

In addition, with its design and prototyping studio, it can quickly make interfaces with electronic and computer systems of other supplies, customized software, all according to the individual needs of the customer and at the height of providing turnkey installations and services.

The project

Sanodyna®

The Sanodyna® water disinfection project was born in 2005, exploiting and developing the “ECA” (Electro Chemical Activation) electrochemical activation process technology resulting in active solutions (Anolyte and Catolyte). Sanodyna® On Site consists of a range of plants with different capacities that produce Sanodyna® On Site, a powerful pH-neutral sanitizer.

For the production of Sanodyna® , our plants use only water, sodium chloride (salt) and electricity, obtaining as a final product an aqueous solution with neutral pH, containing hypochlorous acid, active oxygen and other inorganic oxidants. The solution proves to be particularly effective as a disinfectant, significantly better in terms of yield than the products to date most commonly used for water disinfection, such as, for example, sodium hypochlorite, chlorine gas, chlorine dioxide, etc., thus proving to be an extremely versatile product, suitable in any water purification process.

In fact, Sanodyna®, unlike its “competitors,” does not generate toxic and/or harmful by-products, does not alter the taste of treated water, keeping it potable for humans and animals and completely environmentally sustainable.

Sanodyna® , due to its very high bactericidal capacity, is capable of eliminating any pathogen, from bacterial colonies (such as Legionella, E. coli, Pseudomonas, Enterococcus, Clostridium, Staphylococcus), algae, fungi and spores.

One of the major properties of Sanodyna® , used for the treatment of drinking water, is its ability to destroy both the suspended bacterial load and the biofilm (source of bacterial proliferation) present in the pipes, preventing their formation again and ensuring complete disinfection of the water, while maintaining its potability.

Water is indispensable in numerous stages of food processing, whether it is incorporated into food or beverages at any stage of production or used for washing, transporting, heating or cooling semi-finished and processed products.
